Measurements & Quote
Once we assign you a sales representative, they’ll give you a call to set up an appointment at a time that works best for you. On the agreed date, they’ll come by to measure your windows. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a detailed quote for your window treatment
Production
After we receive your measurements and deposit, we’ll start production on your window treatment. For plantation shutters, production typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. Blinds and shades are usually completed within 2 to 4 weeks
Installation
Once your window treatments are ready, we’ll assign a professional installer to you. Your installer will contact you to schedule an installation appointment at your convenience.
On the agreed date, you can expect your installer to arrive on time and complete the installation efficiently. After the installation is finished, you can make your final payment
